Quali dati raccogliamo

I tuoi diritti

What data we collect

The website has no accounts or online payments, and uses no analytics or advertising tools. The “Write to us” form sends and stores nothing: it prepares an email in your mail app, and you send it yourself.

If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply. The mailbox is provided by Libero (Italiaonline S.p.A.).

If you message us on Instagram, for example to order L’Australiano, we use your username and message only to reply and handle the order. Instagram is a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., which processes data under its own policy.

Cookies and browser storage

The website only stores technical information on your device: your language, your cookie choice and whether you closed the contact message. It stays in your browser and is not sent to us.

The map in “Come and see us” is provided by Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.), which may set its own cookies. We load it only if you accept in the banner or open it yourself.

Instagram links open our profile on the Instagram website or app: our website does not load any Instagram content.

Other technical services

GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.) hosts the website and may log visitors’ IP addresses for security.
Google Sheets (Google Ireland Ltd.): menu, coffees, hours and closures are read from a Google sheet. The request goes through Google’s servers, without cookies.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to processing (Articles 15–22 of EU Regulation 2016/679), using the contacts above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
